Chief Procurement Officer of the Michelin Group
Hélène Paul was appointed Chief Procurement Officer of the Michelin Group on January 2nd, 2018.
Mrs. Paul is an Engineering graduate from “MINES Paris Tech”. After starting her career as a mathematics teacher in Africa and then in Brazil, she joined the Michelin Group in 1985 and has spent most of her career there, holding HR and Purchasing management positions, focusing on the development of people in international and multicultural environments. Before taking over as Chief Procurement Officer, she held Human Resources Management positions, as Group Head of Career Management and Head of Talent Management. Prior to that, Hélène Paul had already been a part of the Procurement organization, as Group Vice President for Raw Materials, from 2006 to 2010. Between 1999 and 2003, she was the Head of Procurement for Marketing and Communications.
