Global Head, Sourcing Model Transformation
Michael is the Global Head of the Sourcing Model Transformation team within the Strategy, Sourcing & Execution (SS&E) department at Credit Suisse. With his vast system implementation and process reengineering expertise, he has successfully led several bank-wide transformation initiatives under the SS&E mandate. Since joining Credit Suisse in 2007, Michael has held multiple roles including Global Lead of the Planning & Forecasting Competency Center within Group Finance and Global Head of the Cost Strategy and Brokerage, Clearing & Exchange (BC&E) Expense Efficiency teams within the Efficiency Management department. Prior to Credit Suisse, Michael was a management consultant at Arc Partners and Princeton Consultants. He started his career in Asset Management as an analyst in fixed-income and equities for PaineWebber Mitchell Hutchins and Mutual of America.
